<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Tank contain an inbuilt pressure gauge, non-return valve, a pressure tank. It function as a pressure switch and a flow switch. Using Brio Tank, the pressure tank can be replaced in a hydrofor system.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Moreover Sirio Entry and Sirio Entry XP protect the pump from dry running, over current, water hammers, breakaway from starting current. Contains a digital display for the necessary infromations (current, pressure, etc&#8230;) and the buttons help in the settings of the parameters.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sirio Entry and Sirio Entry XP must be install on the pipe, according to the water flow in any position. When the pump stop due to a malfunction, Sirio Entry and Sirio Entry XP will restart automatic, according to the pre set values of the restart. <p>Sirio is a VFD (Variable Frequency Driver) for pumps. Sirio was made to control the pump&#8217;s speed and hold the pressure to a constant value within the hidrofor system. Not only controls the pump, but protect it from:</p>

<li>Over current</li>
</ul>
<p>It has a display to show the values of the pump (current absorption, pressure, frequency etc&#8230;) and can be set with the buttons on the interface. Sirio must be installed on the pipe system in any position, but according to the flow direction.</p>
<p>If the pump stops by an error, Sirio will display the source of the error, and restart the pump according to the restart parameters.</p>

ONE PHASE PUMP MOTOR</h1>
<p>Hydrocontroller is a Variable Frequency Driver pump control. The device can be installed on wall (air cooled), or in the pipe system (water cooled) according to the water flow.</p>
<p>The user-friendly interface helps the easy installation and calibration of the Hydrocontroller.</p>
<p>Hydrocontroller variable the speed of the pump motor, setting the pressure constant in the system, and protect the pump from any malfunction (see below the data sheet).</p>
<p>Hydrocontroller can manage one (ST) and multi pump system (ADV).</p>
<h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">WARNING!</span></h1>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>The connection cable creates, between HydroController and pump, a capacitive effect. For removing the disturbance we need an <a title="Electromagnetic interference filter | ACL filter" href="http://szivattyuvezerles.hu/electromagnetic-interference-filter-acl-filter/">adapter</a> for long connection L&gt;10 m (33 feet), up to 80 m (260 feet) of cable. This device is normally used with submersible pumps in well applications.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Hydrocontroller have domestic use EMC approval. If inverter is installed in enviroments particularly sensitive to electromagnetic interference, additional EMI filters must be installed between the supply and inverter, so as to eliminate.</strong></p>

<p>Hydrocontroller is a Variable Frequency Driver pump control. The device can be installed on wall (air cooled), or in the pipe system (water cooled) according to the water flow.</p>
<p>The user-friendly interface helps the easy installation and calibration of the Hydrocontroller.</p>
<p>Hydrocontroller variable the speed of the pump motor, setting the pressure constant in the system, and protect the pump from any malfunction (see below the data sheet).</p>
<p>Hydrocontroller can manage one (ST) and multi pump system (ADV).</p>

For removing the disturbance we need an <a title="Electromagnetic interference filter | ACL filter" href="http://szivattyuvezerles.hu/electromagnetic-interference-filter-acl-filter/">adapter</a> for long connection L&gt;10 m (33 feet), up to 80 m (260 feet) of cable. This device is normally used with submersible pumps in well applications.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Hydrocontroller have domestic use EMC approval. If inverter is installed in enviroments particularly sensitive to electromagnetic interference, additional EMI filters must be installed between the supply and inverter, so as to eliminate.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Top can protect the pump from dry running, over current, freeze, and overpressure. Must be installed on the pipe according to the water flow direction.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Top can restart the pump automatically according to the restart parameters.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Brio Top</strong> is <strong>programmable</strong> to operate on the basis of <strong>two different principles</strong>:</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>mode <strong>P+F</strong> (pressure + flow) = in this mode, the <strong>pump is started up following a fall in pressure</strong>, when the <strong>minimum set threshold</strong> is reached (<strong>Pmin</strong>); the <strong>pump operates until the water supply runs out</strong> and there is zero flow through the device. In this condition the resulting pressure in the system will correspond to the maximum pump head 22</li>
<li>mode <strong>P+P</strong> (pressure + pressure) = in this mode the <strong>pump operating mode is controlled within two pressure levels</strong> (<strong>Pmin</strong> &amp; <strong>Pmax</strong>); when the <strong>lower pressure threshold is reached (Pmin)</strong> the <strong>pump is started up</strong>, while it is <strong>stopped when the upper pressure threshold (Pmax) is reached</strong>. I<strong>n this configuration, the use of an expansion vessel is essential</strong>, <strong>sized according to the system requirements and type of pump</strong>. In <strong>both operating modes, the device protects the pump from dry running</strong> in the absence of water on intake, by means of a combined control on flow and pressure. It is necessary to install a hidrofor expansion vessel to the system in this mode.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Operation of twin pumping</strong> units is admissible <strong>only in &#8222;P+P&#8221; mode</strong>.</p>

<p>The Brio 2000 &#8211; MT electric pump control automates the pump start and stop functions, protects agains dry running. The device requires minimum maintenance. With the usage of Brio 2000 MT, the standard hidrofor system can be modernise; the hidrofor expansion vessel and the pressure switch can be replaced by Brio 2000 &#8211; MT.</p>
<p>As soon as the pressure drop occurs, and the pressure drop in the value of the startup pressure has been reached, the Brio 2000 &#8211; MT automatically activates the pump. As soon as the flow stops in the system, Brio 2000 &#8211; MT sense it, and stop the pump automatically.</p>
<p>Brio 2000 &#8211; MT protect the pump against dry running. The factory setting can be set to a desired value.</p>

<p>Mito is an AC/AC chopper driver for single phase electric pumps. The device was designed to domestic usage, where the where supply demands are medium-short term and generally timed over the space of one day.</p>
<p>Mito regulate the tension of the pump, and holding the pressure to a constant value in the system. Furthermore protects the pump from dry running, and with the relays, we can install an alarm system, or connect float, or pressure switches to the device.</p>
<p>The pump is initially started at maximum speed and is then progressively adjusted depending on the flow required. In this way, output pressure is supplied at a constant rate for greater comfort.</p>
<p>Pressure is regulated for a maximum time interval (settable in the parameter &#8222;Cool mode&#8221; from 5 to 30 minutes according to the type of pump), during which supply demand should expire. When this period elapses, if the demand for water supply persists, the pump motor is set to maximum speed to avoid overheating, caused by reduced ventilation. On closure of all supply points, pump shutdown and consequent cooling of the motor enables reset of the regulation time for the next pump start-up cycle, in relation to the pause time and operation time (one minute shutdown corresponds to one minute of regulation in the next cycle).</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">On start-up, the device activates the electric pump and keeps it in operation, provided a specific water flow is present in the pipeline. When the flow in the pipeline falls to zero, a timer is activated which delays shutdown of the pump after a time interval settable in the device. The pump is also started up when the valve inside the device is activated by a spontaneous transit of water (for example under gravity when water is collected from a higher position).</p>

<p>E-Power must be installed on the pipe in any position, but according to the flow direction. The water cool the internal construction and the sensors sense the flow whitout loss.</p>
<p>The device consist an external output for a float switch or remote control, and an output relay, what can be used as a warning signal.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">An electrical supply cable between an asynchronous motor (pump motor) and a VFD creates capacitive effect, when the cable is longer than 10 meter (often occur in submersible pumps). That effect can ruin the windings of the motor, and occur malfunctions. With an EMI filter, the cable can be goes up to 80 meter. The filter must be installed between the motor and the VFD.</p>
