<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Tank is a flow sensor device with inbuilt 0,4 l pressure tank.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The device start the pump automatic, when the system&#8217;s pressure drop below to the starting pressure value. When the demand for water end, and the flow stops, Brio Tank sense it, and stop the pump automatic.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Tank contain an inbuilt pressure gauge, non-return valve, a pressure tank. It function as a pressure switch and a flow switch. Using Brio Tank, the pressure tank can be replaced in a hydrofor system.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Single phase pump motor (up to 16 A / 2,2 kW) control device with 2 operation principle. Can replace the traditional hidrofor system (no need to use pressure switch, pressure gauge, hidrofor tank) thanks to the digital display and the pressure and flow sense.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Top can protect the pump from dry running, over current, freeze, and overpressure. Must be installed on the pipe according to the water flow direction.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Brio Top can restart the pump automatically according to the restart parameters.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Brio Top</strong> is <strong>programmable</strong> to operate on the basis of <strong>two different principles</strong>:</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>mode <strong>P+F</strong> (pressure + flow) = in this mode, the <strong>pump is started up following a fall in pressure</strong>, when the <strong>minimum set threshold</strong> is reached (<strong>Pmin</strong>); the <strong>pump operates until the water supply runs out</strong> and there is zero flow through the device. In this condition the resulting pressure in the system will correspond to the maximum pump head 22</li>
<li>mode <strong>P+P</strong> (pressure + pressure) = in this mode the <strong>pump operating mode is controlled within two pressure levels</strong> (<strong>Pmin</strong> &amp; <strong>Pmax</strong>); when the <strong>lower pressure threshold is reached (Pmin)</strong> the <strong>pump is started up</strong>, while it is <strong>stopped when the upper pressure threshold (Pmax) is reached</strong>. I<strong>n this configuration, the use of an expansion vessel is essential</strong>, <strong>sized according to the system requirements and type of pump</strong>. In <strong>both operating modes, the device protects the pump from dry running</strong> in the absence of water on intake, by means of a combined control on flow and pressure. It is necessary to install a hidrofor expansion vessel to the system in this mode.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Operation of twin pumping</strong> units is admissible <strong>only in &#8222;P+P&#8221; mode</strong>.</p>

<p>The Brio 2000 &#8211; MT electric pump control automates the pump start and stop functions, protects agains dry running. The device requires minimum maintenance. With the usage of Brio 2000 MT, the standard hidrofor system can be modernise; the hidrofor expansion vessel and the pressure switch can be replaced by Brio 2000 &#8211; MT.</p>
<p>As soon as the pressure drop occurs, and the pressure drop in the value of the startup pressure has been reached, the Brio 2000 &#8211; MT automatically activates the pump. As soon as the flow stops in the system, Brio 2000 &#8211; MT sense it, and stop the pump automatically.</p>
<p>Brio 2000 &#8211; MT protect the pump against dry running. The factory setting can be set to a desired value.</p>

<p>SuperSimplex is a pump controller for residental usage.</p>
<p>The operation principle: when the pressure drops at the system to a pre-set starting value, the SuperSimplex start the pump, and when the flow stop, the SuperSimplex sense it, and stops the pump automatically.</p>
<p>The device must be installed on the pipe system, in any position, but according to the flow direction. SuperSimplex contain a pressure gauge, and a knob for adjusting the start pressure.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">On start-up, the device activates the electric pump and keeps it in operation, provided a specific water flow is present in the pipeline. When the flow in the pipeline falls to zero, a timer is activated which delays shutdown of the pump after a time interval settable in the device. The pump is also started up when the valve inside the device is activated by a spontaneous transit of water (for example under gravity when water is collected from a higher position).</p>
